Product Description

Offers anticholinergic effect to counter imbalance caused by antidopaminergic drugs.

Also counters abnormal movement in ageing.

Helpful in acute life-threatening episodes (ALTEs) caused during Rett syndrome (RS).

Indicated In :

- Parkinsonism (postencephalitic, arteriosclerotic and idiopathic)

- Rubral tremor and dystonias

- Palatal myoclonus and acquired pendular nystagmus

- clozapine-induced nocturnal hypersalivation

- As adjunct with antipsychotic therapy to control EPS

Dosage and administration :

( A ) As initial therapy for parkinsonism : One half Tablet to 6-10 mg daily

( B ) Drug-induced Parkinsonism : 1mg-15 mg as per requirement

( C ) Concomitant use with Levodopa : 3-6 mg daily in divided doses
