"Naltrexone, however,exerts its effects on humans via at least two distinct receptor mechanisms. Inaddition to the antagonist effect on mu-opioid and other opioid receptors,naltrexone simultaneously has an antagonist effect on nonopioid receptors(Toll-like receptor 4 or TLR4) that are found on macrophages such as microglia.It is via the nonopioid antagonist path that LDN is thought to exert itsantiinflammatory effects.ï

* Indications :

- Fibromyalgia, Chronicfatigue syndrome, Multiple sclerosis, Autoimmune diseases, neuropathic pain,Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis.

Side effects :

The most common sideeffect we have observed is the reporting of more vivid dreams, which is seen inapproximately 37 % of the participants. The other side effects commonly sseenare headache, anxiety and tachycardia. there is no abuse potential.

Precautions :

Tostop low dose naltrexone (LDN) therapy, patients should be stable for 6 to 12months, and there is no need to wean them off it.

Dosage and administration :

One tablet once-a-day or as directed by thePhysician.
