Fluid retention nervousness mood disturbance myalgia hypertension pruritus priapism prostatic cancer prostatic disorder abnormal hepatic function  lipid abnormality increased PSA inhibition of testicular function testicular atrophy and oligospermia impotence gynecomastia epididymitis and bladder irritability nausea cholestatic jaundice peliosis hepatis polycythemia headache anxiety depression generalized paresthesia and rarely anaphylactoid reaction
