Naproxen : This medication is known as a nonsteroidalanti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).

It alsoreduces pain, swelling, and joint stiffness caused by arthritis, bursitis, and gout attacks. Domperidone : Antidopaminergic, Motilitystimulant, Piperidine derivative, Antiemetic, anti-vertigo. Domperidone is a potent dopaminereceptor antagonist. It acts centrally and blocks the Dopamine receptor in theChemoreceptor trigger zone and produces Antiemetic effect. 
These all facilitates gastric emptying. And Isused in migraine to relieve nausea and vomiting. 
Anaesthetic adjuncts: It is used preoperativelyin order to reduce the post operative vomiting.

vAdult: 500 - 1 g / day in 2 divided doses 
Maximum daily dose after first day: 1250mg 
Acute gout: Initial dose: 750 mg followed by 250mg every 8 hours until attack has subsided.
