About GABAPENTIN-400 MG. & NORTRIPTYLINE-10 MG.

Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant and an alpha 2 delta ligand that functions by decreasing pain through the modulation of the calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. 

Used to treat seizures (epilepsy) and herpes zoster (shingles) neuralgia (PHN). The first medication in its class to be approved for the treatment of moderate to primary RLS.

Second generation tricyclic anti depressant, Intolerable side effect more frequent with amitriptyline and improvements in insomnia, anxiety, depression.

Nortriptyline is selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, increase level of serotonin & norepinephrine, also helpful for sleep, mood and migraine prevention.

- Diabetic Neuropathy

- Post therapy Neuraliga

- Alcoholic Neuropathy

- Drug Induced Neuropathy

- Post herpetic neuropathy

- Epilepsy

- Partial Seizures with Secondary generalization

- Fibromyalgia
